I am watching eternal sunshine of the spotless mind tonight. I have to wonder if I can find a girl that forward for me, but I have only watched the first half hour so far.

treading
The treadmill has been a good decision so far. I have lost a little bit of weight, mostly on what would have been my love handles. According to my wii fit fitness advisor, 20 pounds will get me down to the normal weight range. Yesterday I weighed myself at 208, and the twenty pounds will get me under 190 also. So far my routine is wake up, do about ten minutes of stretching and then get going. I also do at least 100 sit-ups, but may jump that up to 200 here soon enough. I also crossed the 400 calorie barrier recently, and almost got 450 the last time. If I can figure out how to get more than 2 miles in my 20 minute plus workout I will be in good shape. So far I think my high mileage has been 1.7 miles. The workouts so far have been good for getting me to sweat a fair amount also. Lately when I finish my run, I am covered in sweat and drip some sweat on the tread when looking over my stats. I have some sweat drip lines running down my chest and all over my arms. I have to review my stats because I take off my glasses and run blind when I go. Putting in my contacts is a bit of a chore to be able to see without glasses for about 30 minutes. The first time I ran on the treadmill I put my glasses in a spot, and then they fell off about 10 minutes later. I am lucky I didn't crush them with my foot because they fell on the tread and down to the floor.
