Coming, to your city

The start of college football is finally upon me. This may be my favorite time of the year, mainly for all the excitement and storylines that each weekend brings. If your team loses more once or twice in a season, hopes for a national championship are gone. You have to beat your league rival every year to maintain some sense of prosperity. For some teams, you have to put up about 40 points to have a good game.

The best part for me may be watching college game day every saturday at 10 am. From the big and rich intro song about coming to your city, to the analysis of important games, to the location of the set that day, to the picking of the team by Corso, everything is great.

As a kid growing up, I had no idea college football existed until my sophomore year of college. Until then, my saturdays were filled with working and doing things away from the tv this time of the year. I may have watched the nfl some on sundays, but college football was out of sight, out of mind. I didn't pick Ohio State as my college because of the football excitement, I picked it because of CFAES.
