only a summary

The case I finished hearing today was only a summary jury trial. We sided on the defense side. The plaintiffs didn't present enough evidence to tip the scales. The defendants showed plenty of evidence that
they cooperated with government agencies. The residents of the town thought they lost property values, but in this market, almost everyones homes are worth less. I didn't see any conclusive proof that residents should be worried. A potential million gallon product plume under the house, was presented in such a way that I don't think it was harmful. The jury was very easily unanimous in its decisions making process. The only hiccup was we still had to present potential money awarding amounts if we had sided with the plaintiffs. That took a while to decide on. The link below is a cincinnati enquirer article from sunday.
