fish fry

Today I went to my first fish fry ever. My old parish either never had them or I was always to busy with the rest of the family to go. The fish I had was good, but I thought at seven dollars the meal was a bit overpriced. Especially since I didn't have anything to drink because I didn't pay extra. At least the money went to what the church is calling their mission, funding the school program.

I also might be buying a new phone here in the next week. I am thinking about buying a blackberry, but need to read some more reviews first. I keep reading on their paraphrenelia that you can't send text messages. I also need to convince dad and grandpa to switch over to a family plan so we can get unlimited everything with the phones and pay about the same still.

I have been dog sitting my sisters dogs at my house the past two days. Chloe and Chrissy are housetrained enough that I don't have to put them in a cage at night. Chrissy will sleep right by my head, and Chloe the pug will root around and crawl under the covers to go to bed. Its kind of funny when she starts rooting around, she doesn't have much of a nose, but has to try anyways. Walter seems to be getting along with them pretty well, they do all three sleep on the couch together. I have had to give all three of them baths both days they have been together here, they get very muddy after spending much time outside. I used to think Chrissy was getting a bit bigger, but now that Walter is around, she seems very tiny again.
